Q: Can I cancle the order?

A:To cancel an order, please contact our customer support service within 12 hours after you've placed the order. You may be asked to provide the order's information together with the reason of cancellation. Please be aware you must do it within 12 hours or your order will be shipped out.

Q:Can delivery address be different from the billing address?

A:The delivery can be made to another location which is different from the one stated in the billing address. After you placed the order, we may ask you to send us the scan of the front image of your Credit Card and ID Card.

Q: Is drop shipping welcomed here?

A: One week usually. Usually we arrange packages and ship them within 12 hours.

Q: What does the order status mean?

A: Well,there are 5 status-levels in producing the order. And here we define them as below:

Pending: Only shown when payment of order still haven't yet arrived our company's account;

Processing: Shown when order just arrives & order being arranged here & order being checking in quality and packing to be shipped ( you will get an tracking number after that);

Delivered: Only shown when package has been delivered;

Update: shown when order information like the tracking number and so on has changed, and we will inform you the update;

Cancelled: when order has been cancelled;

Q: Is your site secure?

A: Yes, of course. All orders are processed throught paypal or credit card company with 100 percent secured https transportation, all other informations are safe and we will never sell your information to any other parties.

Q. How long does it take for me to get my order after I placed it?

A. Orders are processed daily. Your order will be processed with our warehouse or suppliers and you can expect your package to be delivered within 7-9 business days. Sometimes there can be slight delay due to the delivering company or the weather, but your order will always be delivered and arrive within half a month.

Q. We've been charged through our credit card but status shows the package hasn't been shipped yet?

A. Sometimes the tracking information will be update after a slight delay due to the system maintenance, especially during the holidays, during these times you may get your goods before we update the information that the package has in fact been shipped.

Q. Why are your items so cheap compared to other sites, are you guys legit?

A. We and our buyers buy overstocks & overruns from the same factories that produce the products for many famous companys and we have been doing this for years. We also do very little profit margins to attract customers.

Q. We ordered few days ago and we have not got our tracking number yet?

A. Sometimes your e-mail systems block our e-mails which are regarded as spams. So please check your junk mails. If you still get nothing, please click Contact us.Sometimes, some styles are out of stock for a few days or we are waiting for tracking number from our shipping dept, please do not worry about it, we will contact you if there is a big issue.

Q: We got our tracking number two days ago but our package is not shown up in UPS or EMS tracking system?

A: Sometimes there is a 2-5 day delay before packages are shown up in the system.
